What does it include?
- Monthly training plans can be delivered directly to your training peaks account or in pdf calendar format
- Training based on HR/Power Zones can be included
- Includes basic testing guide to determine your HR and/or Power Zones
- Once a month check in via email or phone included
Is this right for you?
If you are someone on a limited budget and not sure if you are ready to commit to a monthly coaching relationship this is a good start. You will get training guidelines to get you to your goal event as well as a schedule to follow on a monthly basis. But you can rearrange the schedule to meet your particular needs.
